Trust is the foundation of every healthy workplace relationship, effective team, and productive conversation. In this engaging one-hour Lunch & Learn, participants will explore how trust is built—or diminished—through everyday actions, communication habits, and leadership behaviors. Using the concept of “deposits and withdrawals” in workplace relationships, participants will examine how trust impacts team culture, meeting effectiveness, accountability, collaboration, and communication. This professional development session combines reflection, discussion, and practical application to help participants strengthen trust within their teams and organizations.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
1. Assess personal workplace behaviors, communication habits, and leadership interactions to identify ways they may contribute to trust deposits or trust withdrawals within professional relationships.
2. Analyze how trust impacts team collaboration, meeting engagement, communication effectiveness, and workplace culture.
3. Develop one actionable strategy to intentionally strengthen trust and accountability within their workplace interactions.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this Lunch & Learn, participants will be able to:
1. Participants will reflect on and accurately identify at least two personal behaviors or communication patterns that either strengthen or weaken trust within their workplace relationships and team interactions.
2. Participants will evaluate the influence of trust on communication, team dynamics, psychological safety, and meeting participation using real-world workplace examples.
3. Participants will create a personal action commitment that demonstrates at least one intentional trust-building behavior they can apply within their professional environment.
